Schneider Electric has integrated its EcoStruxure IT Expert with ConnectWise PSA to bolster channel partners’ ability to automate power infrastructure management. The result will be a more efficient solution for managing IT physical infrastructure.
According to Schneider Electric, this “means that ConnectWise MSPs can manage the IT physical infrastructure for their customer’s storage, networking and compute devices with automated power infrastructure alarm workflows from EcoStruxure IT Expert to the ConnectWise PSA ticketing system.”
MSPs stand to gain considerably from this initiative, with benefits encompassing the development of new, recurrent revenue avenues via the monitoring and management of physical infrastructure. It further grants them ubiquitous access to real-time power and cooling infrastructure updates, enhancing departmental health visibility and facilitating KPI tracking from dashboards.
In essence, ConnectWise PSA introduces an era of automation and standardization, while EcoStruxure IT Expert, a component of Schneider Electric's extensive DCIM solution, EcoStruxure IT, offers advanced remote monitoring. Together, they give comprehensive visibility into alarms, predictive maintenance and actionable insights based on data analytics to mitigate potential security and failure risks.
Configuring ConnectWise PSA is a seamless process initiated from the EcoStruxure IT Partner Portal, paving the way for MSPs to elevate their businesses and fulfill customer expectations.
